THE ROLE







As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for finding roles for candidates within the Commercial sector. You will place advertisements to attract candidates, and liaise efficiently with them throughout the whole interview process through to placement.







In addition to this, you will obviously liaise with clients on a daily basis ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage existing client relationships, as well as building relationships with new clients to drive the Commercial sector forward.











IDEAL CANDIDATE







• Must have experience as a Recruitment Consultant – ideally 12 months

• Experience of recruitment within Commercial recruitment is preferred, however other sectors will also be considered.

• Be confident in speaking with people both face to face and over the telephone

• Be passionate about delivering an exceptional service

• Be a natural in selling, negotiating & closing deals at all levels

• Be motivated by success & financial rewards

• Comfortable in working & contributing to the work hard/play hard culture

• Hold a current, full UK driving license
