Our client has been providing business recruitment, research, training, engineering and print solutions for more than 20 years. Founded over 25 years ago, our client has over 500 employees based in locations across the UK. Annual turnover for the financial year ended 30 November 2005 was £129 million. They provide IT resourcing and consulting services to organisations to help them improve their performance by the provision of IT contract and permanent recruitment services. They also have specialist business units providing training, customer management and engineering services.



ROLE



Due to continued growth, this new role has arisen and provides a fantastic career opportunity for the right applicant.

The role involves,

• Sales ability.

• Working from an existing database you will be pro-actively developing relationships.

• 90% telephone based.

• Speak to clients to build a stronger relationship/understand their needs better

• Advertising for candidates, managing the response, short listing, interviewing and submitting the best candidates to your client. You will act as an aid to the whole selection process.



CANDIDATE



Must have at least 1 year recruitment experience, any sector considered, but IT is preferred.

Ideally have a proven background of success in a targeted sales environment.

Must have the initiative, drive and ambition to succeed.

Must have outstanding communication & presentational skills.
