This organisation offers a complete service from site survey to end user maintenance and is a leader in their field.<br><br>A Panel Shop Manager is now required to supervise the manufacturing facility, complete production plans, improve methods and supervise staff.<br><br>The responsibilities within this role will include:<br><br>• Interpret and prioritise manufacturing schedule <br>• Plan daily activities of workforce to meet and exceed requirements <br>• Ensure part availability for each product <br>• Maintain workflow through workshop <br>• Suggest ideas for process improvement <br>• Maintain all safety policies and procedures <br>• Meet production operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards <br>• Meet production financial standards by monitoring costs, implementing corrective actions <br>• Complete production requirements by expediting work results; monitoring progress; resolving problems <br>• Improve workflow by eliminating stoppages; analysing delays; trying new methods <br>• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures <br><br><br>Applicants should have an associated degree in control systems or trade school equivalent and should have a good amount of supervisory experience within a panel shop.<br><br>Please forward your CV on an urgent basis to…<br
